WHY YOU CAN’T AT TIMES GULP DOWN THE FOOD DESPITE BEING VERY HUNGRY?

Image
Sometimes you feel that you will eat the whole big Pizza, Burger, all the Rotis kept in the plate or your favourite dish within 5 minutes because you are that much hungry. But, lo! What happens! You have just taken a bite or two, taken a morsel or two and then you scream – “Oh! Damned! I can’t eat anymore! But, I’m hungry!”
Why does the Hungry-Not-Hungry paradox of the kind described above crop up?
Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee’s theory and explanation
The Mother Nature has created the Maanava (human) body as a wonderfully completely self-reliant auto-programmed biological machine. This biological machine knows perfectly well when to activate its different mechanism such as the digestive system mechanism.
The Maanava body’s digestive system comes punctually into action when it’s the correct time to produce the energy by converting the food eaten. So to say, at the pre-programmed correct timing the digestive system starts secreting the required juices or the enzymes in anticipation of the …

WHY THE ARM-PITS CONTINUE TO BE FOUL-SMELLING EVEN AFTER REPEATED SOAPING?

Image
As a Yoga-practitioner, it is of the utmost importance to keep one’s own physical body clean and healthy. The special care is taken to ensure cleanliness, especially of the private parts such as the arm-pits and the genitals. The underarm sweating is a natural phenomenon to keep the Maanava (human) body cool. Nothing to worry about it if it doesn’t become hyper excessive or smelling hyperfoul.Very often, it is noticed that one’s own arm-pits continue to smell foul despite one’s having applied the anti-bacterial soap several times to one’s own arm- pits while taking a bath.
The present article explores the issue of the smelling hyperfoul.

There are primarily following two reasons that cause the continuance of the bad odour from the arm-pits despite repeated soaping of these private parts.
(1) The sweat glands beneath the skin in the arm-pits are spread beyond the area visibly covered by the hair in the arm-pit area.
While taking a bath,…

Image
You must have observed that almost all yogis sleep to their own left side if you have ever visited the mighty Himalayan Mountain where most of the traditional yogis reside. These Yogis sleep with their head on their left arm used as the natural pillow and facing the left side of their own body.
Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee’s theory and explanation
Almost all animals except the Maanavas (humans) in the animal kingdom sleep on their bellies, be it the dog, cat, buffalo or any other.
You might have never seen the animals sleeping with their own back pressed against the sleeping floor and with their own face and the chest or bosom looking up towards the sky.
Of course, some animals such as the kittens, cats or the dogs can sometimes be seen on their back with all the four legs up, but that is when they are in a playful mood or ridding themselves of the itching present on their back.
Also, chances are that you might not have seen these creatures sleeping on their arms unlike the Maanavas, e…
