WHAT ARE THE SIMPLEST YOGIC AND AYURVEDIC WAYS TO OVERCOME THE GASTRIC TROUBLE?


Many a time, some of us are troubled by the gastric trouble, especially the cramps in the abdomen and that too all of a sudden unexpectedly. It is worse when no one is around to help us out, especially in the middle of the night. All the nearby medical shops are then closed and the doctors are off home with their clinics shut. You may not even be having the means to transport yourself to the nearest hospital, also.


Well, what should you do in the trying scenario described in the aforesaid paragraph?

It is well-known that the gastric trouble is generally caused by the unwanted formation of the gas in the stomach or the abdomen due to various reasons, mainly the improper digestion of the food in the stomach and the consequent blocked movement of the waste material and the gas in the intestines, Sigmund colon or the rectum.


The present scientific research paper is restricted to a study of the remedies for the gastric trouble that causes the unbearable burps and cramps in the stomach or the abdomen.

The following are the few Yogic and Ayurvedic remedies for the gastric trouble being discussed specifically in the present scientific research paper:
(i) Always keep some good amount of the Sendha Namaka (सैंधा नमक) or the Kaalaa Namaka (काला नमक) or the Lahori Namaka, also known as the Black Indian salt in your house. Put 1-5 grams of it on your tongue and swallow it immediately.The unbearable belching must ordinarily subside immediately. If not, try the second step given below.

(ii) Drink a glass of water. You will immediately find that the water taken in has created a chemical reaction which then forms the gas which in turn comes out of your mouth as the continuous burp or belch. Repeat drinking the water after every 2-3 minutes for 4-5 times. The gastric trouble must ordinarily subside. If not, try the third step given below.

(iii) Lay your own self to your left side. The frequency of the burp or belch must ordinarily come down drastically. The Apaana Vaayu now is forced as the Fart out of the Anus. The efficacy of this Yogic-technique in the digestive process has already been discussed in an earlier scientific research paper authored by Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee. If this doesn’t make you completely free of the gastric trouble, try out the following fourth step.
(iv) Be on your own tummy, pressed downward against some plain surface such as the floor or the bed. Take care not to press your genitals too hard against the plain surface because pressing too hard may lead to the unwanted and unintended sexual arousal.

This step blocks the exit of the Apaana Vaayu through the gullet and then the mouth. It instead is forced to move towards the rectum-end which is the only route then available it to move forward.

You will find that the gas is moving ferociously out of the Anus, making a big sound, in the form of the Fart. After a while, the frequency of the Fart decreases. You feel a huge relief in the stomach and the abdomen. There is nothing to worry much if the frequency of the Fart goes on decreasing with no pain or cramps in the stomach and the abdomen.

However, a word of caution: Call up your personal/neighbourhood doctor or rush to the nearest hospital immediately if the pain/cramps continue unabated (which is rare) despite using the above-mentioned four treatments.
