Yes! You indeed can solve myriad problems in your life by making the most effective use of the golden Yoga Breathing techniques...!



The Technique
1. Sit in any comfortable Aasana, preferably the Siddhaasana, and close both your eyes.
2. Inhale air slowly through any one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with the thumb of that other side of the body. While inhaling imagine that the Object That You Wish To Get Rid Of [OTYWTGRO]is being inhaled also. For example, hatred for others and hatred from others.
3. Close your both nostrils and Retain the inhaled air for a few seconds. Imagine that the OTYWTGRO, i.e., the Hatred is being burnt in the holy fire at your third eye centre or the navel centre and then turned into the fine ash.
4. Exhale slowly the Retained air through the other nostril with the inhaling nostril closed with the small and ring fingers of the that other side of the body. While Exhaling imagine that the fine ash too has moved out and mixed with water to turn into the Object Of Your Desire [OOYD], i.e., Love for everyone and Love from everyone around.
5. Repeat this10-15 cycles of the above mentioned Yoga Breathing exercise at regular intervals three times or at least one time a day.
6. Open your eyes after the exercise, get up and relax for a few seconds or minutes. 

The Precautions
1. Do this exercise under the supervision of some competent Yoga Guru or Spiritual Master only.

2. Be careful about choosing the nostrils for inhaling and exhaling. For example, if you suffer from hyper-tension or high blood pressure, inhale from left nostril instead of the right nostril. If you suffer from low blood pressure, inhale from right nostril instead of the left nostril.
3. This exercise must be done continuously for at least 41 days intensively by the accomplished Yoga Practitioners who have already achieved the Naadee-Shodhan.
4. Those who are beginners MUST first of all achieve the Naadee-Shodhan that takes nearly 6 months' time before trying out this Yoga technique.

The Finer Points
1. The degree of results shall depend on the amount of the individual efforts, sincerity and Karmic Bank Balance of the Yoga Practitioner in addition to the efficacy/power of the Yoga Guru or Spiritual Master who has initiated such a Yoga Practitioner into this technique.
2. This technique has been adapted from the BHOOT SHUDDHI [ भूत शुद्धि ] technique described in the ancient Indian spiritual text titled the ShreemadaDeviBhaagawata.

1. Inhale the Hatred, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Love.
2. Inhale the Failure, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Success.
3. Inhale the Economic Poverty, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Economic Prosperity.
4. Inhale the Pollution, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Clean Green Environment.
5. Inhale the Stress, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Peace.
6. Inhale the Strain, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Peace.
7. Inhale the Tension, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Peace.
8. Inhale the Fight/Quarrel/War/Killing, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Peace/Reconciliation.
9. Inhale the Disharmony, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Harmony.
10. Inhale the Loss, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Profit.
11. Inhale the Fear, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Boldness.
12. Inhale the Phobia, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Balanced View.
13. Inhale the Low Self Esteem, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Optimum Self Esteem.
14. Inhale the Low Self Confidence, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the High Self Confidence.
15. Inhale the Backwardness, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Development.
16. Inhale the Low Agricultural Output, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the High Agricultural Output.
17. Inhale the Low Industrial Output, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the High Industrial Output.
18. Inhale the Illness/Disease, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Health.
19. Inhale the Disagreement, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Agreement.
20. Inhale the Low Marks/Score at  the exam, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the High Marks/Score at the exam.
21. Inhale the Dullness of Mind, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Sharpness of Mind.
22. Inhale the 'No Money', burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Money.
23. Inhale the 'No Customers', burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Customers.
24. Inhale the Loss/No Sale, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Profit/Full sale.
25. Inhale the Discord, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Cooperation.
26. Inhale the Refusal, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Acceptance.
27. Inhale the Ugliness, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Beautifulness.
28. Inhale the Short Age, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the long Life/Longevity.
29. Inhale the Poor Memory/Retention, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Sharp Memory/Retention.
30. Inhale the Poor Analytical Ability, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Outstanding Analytical Ability.
31. Inhale the Disobedient Family, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Obedient Family.
32. Inhale the Enmity, burn it during the Retention and Exhale the Friendship.
